The Villa has a big 4 x 8 meters private pool and is located just 5 minutes from the center of Pattaya with her beautiful beaches, shopping centers and 24 hours nightlife as walkingstreet and Soi LK Metro.

The residence where the Villa is located has 24 hours security, laundry and taxi service. Just minutes from the Residence you will find good retaurants for your breakfast in th morning or a nice dinner in the evening.

The Villa is tastefully decorated and has a large livingroom with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have kingsize beds and the house is fully airconditioned, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

In the Livingroom we have a flat TV and arround the house is high speed internet available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.

Outside you will find shaded seatings and a BBQ area; the terrace has direct access to the fabulous pool. The garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers is set around the private pool. The size from the swimming pool is 4 x 8 meters with crystal clear water warmed by Pattayas great weather during the year with his tropical sunshine.


The location of the villa is unique, between Pattaya and Jomtien. That means that in approximately 5 minutes (scooter) you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya. There are many restaurants, shops and bars in the neighborhood; also walking street is just 5 minutes from the villa away.


On arrival we will welcome you at the Villa, the beds will be made and towels are provided during your stay, every 4-5 days we will make up the beds with clean sheets and provide you new towels.

Electric is excluded; on arrival we will read the meter with you, the cost are 8 baht a KW.


Because the Villa is located on a compound we ask you to be quiet when you come back in the evening or at night. Your neighbors like to have their sleep also.

During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.



Around Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht) But you can also ask them to bring you directly to the villa for a few baht more, 24 hours.


- VIP Taxi, on arrival at the airport we can pick you up, our private driver will be their with your name on a plate and brings you comfortable to the Villa.
- Scooters, during your stay you can rent scooters with us; on arrival they will be ready at the villa.
- VIP tour Bus, we provide tours around Pattaya with a VIP bus; you will have a private driver to look around pattaya during a day.
- Information map, on arrival you will receive a map with information about restaurant, bars, tours, golf, and more that can be visit in Pattaya and Jomtien.
- Taxi service on the compound, we have a taxi service for your daily shopping or to go to a nice restaurant.
- The Villa has a washing machine but when you dont want you can bring it to the laundry service on the compound, they bring it back clean.
- Restaurants, bars and daily grocery you will find within a few minutes from the Villa, also 24 hours supermarkets, like the 7-Eleven are close.
