The Reserve at Athens is great! I am moving away for soon, and am wanting to sublease the remaining time on the lease (lease ends July 17, 2016, with the option to renew if you want to continue at that point).
The Reserve has some great amenities that I have taken use of in my 3 year span here, they are:
1) Club house gym that is literally brand new (treadmills, full weight set)
2) Huge pool & volleyball court & tennis courts
3) Computers / Printers available for any tenants
The staff at the Reserve are great. Water and cable/internet are included in each months rent of ($485). For anyone interested: I am willing to write a check for any reasonable amount on the side to cut down on the overall rent per month.
