Summer Rates: April 1st - September 15
Weekly Rate: $1500.00 Weekend Rate & Short Week:(Monday-Thursday)$950.00

Winter Rates: September 16 - March 31
Weekly Rate:$950.00 Weekend Rate: $700.00, Short Week: $650.00 (Monday - Thursday)

Holiday Rentals: Memorial Weekend, July 4th and Labor Day require 3 night rentals: $1500.00

Deposit Required at time of Booking: $300.00 Deposit is Non-Refundable if Cancellation made within 45 days of date of rental.
