I will have two rooms available for rent beginning November 1st. Possibly sooner. Located exactly one mile from USC. Both rooms are located in a 2 bedroom Bungalow with patio and fence. It is fully furnished including cookware and dishware. Washer and dryer in unit. You will be sharing a bathroom. Free street parking. Perfect for students or someone needing to find a temporary place with furniture. Small bedroom has a full bed, $975. Master bedroom has a queen murphy bed, $1225. No smoking indoors but there is a porch and patio suitable for smoking. Includes all utilities and wi-fi. All you need is to bring your clothes and toothbrush. Amenities include: coffee, toilet and paper towels, bath towels and bedding are available if you need them. Unit has computer workstation with b/w laser printer and paper. Common areas will be professionally cleaned bimonthly. 2 month minimum. Please text to make an appointment to see. Will also consider renting entire unit fully furnished for up to 2-3 persons.
