super convenient ( 3 min walk from subway) while nature is in the back yard.
- all util inclusive except power cost. ( heating is power operated) but not much even in summer.
less than 50 usd on average per month. in winter months a bit more depending on how much time u spend in the apt.
long term preferred.
ideal for 1-2, even for a small family with a child it is ok.
no elevator. but stairs is all internal stairs and wide and wooden.
built in wash machine. in the unit.
plus access to dryer(fee) and large wash machine( free)
