Enjoy your Waikiki stay at one of our privately owned fully furnished mountain view studio apartments (360 sq ft) - perfect home away from home for a party of two, and we can also provide a Pack n Play should your little one need one! Our studio units offer all the comforts of your home with style at a very reasonable price. Our apartments have been remodeled and redecorated. Each studio has a spacious lanai with a table and 2 chairs. The condominium complex has a 24-hour security desk, and fob key is required to activate the elevator.

Our studio units have a lot to offer at a very affordable price. Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY local phone service and wireless Internet. All utilities (water, electricity, garbage and Cable TV) are INCLUDED as part of the base rental fee. Each studio comes with queen-size bedroom set, reclining chair with ottoman, dining table with chairs, coffee table, window AC unit and 32 LCD TV.

The kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, built-in cook-top and microwave. For your convenience we also offer coffer maker, water kettle, toaster, rice cooker, blender, mixer, china, silverware, various pots and pans.

The following amenities are located on the recreation sun deck on the 5th:
Swimming pool, reclining chairs and public restrooms/shower
Patio with tables, chairs and BBQ grill
Credit card-operated laundry facilities and mini library

Beach towels and chairs are available to take to the beach (provided by the owner free of charge and can be found in the apartment.) Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hale Koa resorts with public beach access are located across the street. One-time cleaning fee is (for rentals 45 nights or less) and for rentals 46 nights or more. Security deposit is Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be done via check, PayPal, Credit Card, wire transfer or Venmo. Parking is NOT included with any rental; however, upon confirmed booking you will be provided with 3 nearby parking options. Rates are adjusted seasonally December 1 through March 31, and all rentals are subject to 14.962% tax. No resort fees, and no other hidden fees!
