$2500 studio in Reseda Los Angeles

The 400 sq ft space is clean and private. The patio is the best!
It can hold 2 ideally, am open to 3. Also, while I Love kids, due to pool / jacuzzi it is not really equipped for them.
**This space is NOT available for same day booking unless you have a minimum of 5 positive reviews*** I will not make an exception unless you are a fellow sublet host, & have an emergency request for some reason.
Check in is after 3pm and Checkout is before 11am (unless otherwise approved)

The space
This place is private as it is detached from my house. The only catch? You have to walk outside about 25 steps to your own private bathroom. Sounds lame but its really not a big deal. My backyard is private and it will make more sense when you see it!
One king bed and there is a blowup mattress in the chest for a 3rd person to sleep on. Please do not bring the hanging bed from outside INTO the unit, although you are welcome to sleep on it where it is.

Guest access
You can park in a private gated spot directly next to the Zen Den.
You have your own entrance. There is a lockbox. I will give you clear instructions when you book. Super easy to checkin and out.

Other things to note
I have two little dog. Please dont ever let them out.
Please send me the time you plan to arrive once you have booked.
What time you land at LAX or where you are driving from.
Please note check in time is 3pm. If you would like to arrive earlier you must let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you.

FAQ:
Can we smoke weed?
Answer: Yes hippies you may smoke the herbs outside in the yard, but not on the patio until after 8pm, Its legal and comes from the earth.
This rule also applies for cigarettes.
Blaze on people. Just leave your containers so I can recycle and make more candles with them :)
