Located Buena Vista (next to Germantown), the neighborhood is going through a regentrification with lots of construction. Six luxury queen size beds and a couple cots make Dream perfect for the group gathering of bachelor(ette)s, Family holiday or just a getaway.

Dream house is a three story townhome with 4th story rooftop terrace that gives you the best view of the Nashville Skyline. Sunrise and sunset are magical. A fireplace on the rooftop for the chilly evenings and games and a grill to enjoy each others company. The second floor is set up for group entertaining. Maybe someone in the group will tune the guitar and get it going. Use the fireplace in the winters and patio with a BBQ and skyline views.

The bedroom layout consists of three rooms;

Wonder - 1st Floor, One Queen Bed
Sky - 3rd Floor, One Queen Bed
Lush - 3rd Floor, 4 Queen Beds, 2 cots, 1 Air mattress

Each room has their own private bathroom. Lush is the Master and has a double vanity and double shower. I mostly love Lush because of the bathroom
