$999 room for rent in Chapel Hill Raleigh Durham

I am Junzhe Liu, a student at UNC. I am looking to sublet my 1b1b room in a 2b2b apartment which includes a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, and two isolated bedrooms with their own bathroom. I am currently looking to sublet our apartment from January to May (spring semester). If I am not going back to school, I am willing to extend the lease to summer. Lark is a modern housing community mainly for UNC students. It is 10min walking from UNC campus. Also, there are plenty of restaurants near it. Lark also has a gym and a common room in its community.
My room: $999/month
In this room, the locker room and the drawers under the bed are unusable. My stuff is in there and its too much to move. So the price for that room will be lower than the original price. The room is furnished as well. Considering the locker room is unavailable, there is a clothes rack in the room which is pretty enough for daily use. Also, there is a whiteboard available.
