What are you looking for in a tenant?
We have been in this place for over 3 years and love it. The only reason we are looking to move is to have a private fenced-in yard.

The monthly rent includes all bills (internet, gas, water, trash, etc.) with the exception of electricity which runs ~$20/mo. The place comes unfurnished. There is free laundry and a gym in the basement. You get a sizeable storage unit downstairs as well. There is a shared courtyard in the back with a huge gas grill. Locked bike storage as well. There is reserved parking out back in the carport ($70/mo), but there is a waiting list. With the turnover it doesnt usually take long to get a spot. We park out front on Josephine and there is never a problem finding a spot there. $250 Refundable Pet Deposit payable to Cornerstone (Per Cat; 2 max).

The current rent is well below market rate as they reduced it recently as a good-will gesture in light of COVID.

The move-in date is: as soon as possible. In addition to a commitment through April 29, there is a $700 deposit upon lease signing and a $50 application fee for each applicant. If you wish to sign a 12-month lease, that is possible too. You are also able to renew the lease for 12 months after April 29.

This is property is managed by Cornerstone Apartments. We have found them to be really responsive (w/in 24 hours) with respect to any needed repairs. We were the first tenants to move in after they took the building offline for a year to completely upgrade everything, so it feels like a brand new place.

Note: the pictures of the unit are identical to the available unit, but overlook the street (front of the building) rather than the courtyard.
