$1800 2 bedroom in Herndon DC Metro

Hey there! My ex-boyfriend and I of 2 and a half years broke up so were trying to sublease our whole apartment. Our lease started on 9/12/2020 so now were trying to sublease it till 9/11/2021. We are trying to sublease about 5 months left of the lease. Base rent was 1780 but plus water and trash it came out to be around 1800 give or take. We can negotiate. Gas and electric are not included, those are a separate utility. Pet-friendly, but its a 2 pet limit and an extra $40 per pet on the rent. Its a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with stairs that leads to a nice cozy loft we used for our home office. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and across that closet is a regular sliding door closet with full length mirrors on the outside. Both bathrooms have a spacious tub good for baths. Master bath is connected to the master bedroom inside the room and the other bathroom is right outside across the 2nd bedroom door. 2nd bedroom is very spacious with one walk-in closet. In between the 2nd bedroom and the guest bathroom is a full sized washer and dryer. Living room is spacious and airy with high ceilings and has a gas fireplace. During winter, we kept the fireplace on which heats up the place very nicely. Dining room is a decent size for a table of 6. Kitchen is nice and bright with white counters and cabinets. Dishwasher works great. Spacious pantry closet. Valet trash 5 days a week. Plenty of parking. Balcony contains lovely 4th floor view. Electronic key fob lock on front door. Visitor parking available - towing enforced at 9pm-7am unless you register through an app and pay a hourly rate. Before 9pm its free. Amazon-friendly for packages. Such a great apartment but we were two people who were wrong for each other who happened to live together. Please contact us immediately if interested or have any questions.
