Private bedroom and bathroom in 2-bed/2-bath apartment. Located 1 block from Kirkwood and campus, this is the perfect apartment to live in for a summer internship, research, job, or transition. Available beginning of June through the end of the lease August 8th (pretty sure there is the option to renew at the end, but will check). We are recent law school grads, so there will be one 25 y-o female roommate living there and studying for the bar during the summer, so being quiet and courteous is essential. She is very easy to get along with, quiet, and clean. The two of you (and myself if I havent moved yet) will be able to set up a meeting to see the apartment, meet each other, etc. or meet over video chat if being in person isnt an option/desired at the time.

The rooms and living room are very spacious, and the majority of the apartment has new vinyl flooring (carpeted bedrooms). Appliances included: in-unit washer/dryer; range stove, microwave, fridge/freezer. I am not sure how much furnishing will be included, as I am moving to Oregon and will most likely leave larger objects in the apartment here (e.g., bed, dresser, sofa), but take smaller things with me (e.g., rugs, pillows). Available covered parking spot, and elevator access to the 3rd floor. Internet and garbage included. *Pole will be removed living room.
