Welcome to a fantastic house of light! This is my favorite place, but unfortunately, I must move for one year. It is beautiful, and it is perfectly situated two blocks from Trader Joes, a ten minute walk from Whole Foods and HEB, and it has a Target right across the street. It is also close to many great spots in Montrose, Upper Kirby, and River Oaks to go out to - all easy walking distance. Laundry is shared with downstairs and loft, located in separate room by garage. The street and adjacent streets have big trees. It is quiet, and it comes with a garden. I will rent it furnished, $1325 + $150 for furniture use per month. I do plan to return to it in one year, so this is for a 1 year or less contracted sublet. If you would love a year in a charming second story duplex in the heart of town for pretty cheap, youve found it.
