Hey! My name is Tirelle Barron and Im a techie and music nerd. Im moving to NYC and am looking for a sublease with the possibility to rent the unit longer. Pets are allowed and there are dog + cat sitters in the building who are amazing. Theres a pool thats regularly cleaned and the laundry room is right across from the unit (a steal). The building manager Mike is super cool and very handy so if you ever need anything hell happily help. This unit does require good credit and as I said, Im moving to NYC, so if after your sublease is over and you like the unit we can follow up. The neighborhood is pretty nice and on a hill so expect beautiful views and random leg workouts. Parking is pretty chill, Tuesdays are garbage days so it gets tight. There are lots of gems around the area and youre close to DTLA, Eagle Rock, Silver Lake, Glendale & Pasadena so explore! This unit is a personal favorite so if youre interested let me know! Cheers.
