My family and I are moving out of our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the Presidio and need a subletter! The lease is up mid- December at which point you can renew the lease with the Presidio Trust.
We are located near Polin Springs on MacArthur Ave. It is a short walk up the hill to Presidio Wall Playground and an amazing, less traveled, hiking area. Its safe, family friendly, dog-friendly, and in close proximity to the Inner Richmond, The Marina, Crissy, the GG bridge and all the things to explore within the Presidio Gates! There is a shared front yard, private-ish back yard, and a community garden plot across the street (the next tenant will inherit a boatload of cherry tomatoes!)
The rent is $4840 plus utilities which are shared with 3 other units. It comes with one assigned parking spot. Another can be purchased for $50/month. Rented Washer and Dryer in-unit ($35/month).
Rent can be paid via credit card.
