The apartment is set in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the city; service areas; grocery stores; cinemas and so much more. Walk or bike along the many bike trails easily accessed from the apartment.

This property has gorgeous, lush gardens in the summer months setting with outdoor seating and table and chairs, water features with Koi, and various fish. Our gardens have been featured on the Anchorage Garden Club Tour. Clip some of our fresh herbs for your meal preparation.

In the winter months, our gardens turn into light when we install over 50,000 white lights on the property.
