$650 room for rent in Coconino Flagstaff Grand Canyon Country

So me and my bf are looking for a room mate. Its kind of complicated because we dont have a place picked out yet because we dont want to be in over our head with bills, so we are trying to find a room mate before hand.

We are currently living in a one bedroom and are debating whether or not to just stay at this apartment complex and to just upgrade to a two bedroom, or to keep looking for a house we can afford. So far no luck with a house, but we are still looking.

We are both in our 20s and are in school. We would definitely prefer some one around our same age attending school as well. Our budget for a place with one other roommate is around $1,300 a month. We have one dog that is aggressive towards other male dogs, no cats sorry. Would definitely need to have a meet and greet if you do have a dog before moving forward.

Needs to be okay with occasional drinking here and there, no drugs please.
Needs to have a good renters history & be willing to fill out a credit application & background check.
We are very lay back people, no drama. We are open for another couple as well.
