Hello everyone,

Im offering a beautiful summer sublet in Park Merced from July 31 to Aug 24. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse with 2 cis gendered women of color living and I cis gendered male.

About the neighborhood:
Park Merced is located steps away from Lake Merced, Stonestown Shopping Center, Ocean Beach, Stern Grove, Bart, and Muni M line which takes you directly to Downtown Market street (great for communters).

The apartment:
I live in the upstairs bedroom next to the master bedroom. Our roommate, Sajud lives downstairs in our converted dining and Danielle lives in the master bedroom with her 2 puppies and boyfriend, Trevor. All of them work and are gone most of the day. Its very clean and fairly quite household, no parties but we do occasionally watch movies together.

We are 4/20 and LGBTQA friendly!

This is a great place at a great deal $900 for 4 weeks in a beautiful SF townhome.
