We recommend you book early. This site and others have instant booking. I sell 28-31 days every month as there are events and activities year-round in beautiful, sunny Los Angeles Beach Cities called the South Bay. A reservation is considered booked with full payment. Im unable to reserve dates until booked as we are on multiple instant booking sites. Thanks for understanding.

Plenty of room to PLAY! We do have a pool, jacuzzi and stairs. The pool has child proof gates and the deck has an additional gate for pool security. We also rent cribs, chairs, etc. Just let us know what you need.

Non Smoking Only:

Sorry, no smoking as the ocean air blows all the smoke into the house so no smoking inside or out. We charge a cleaning fee if we smell or see signs of smoking (see house tips/contract). We want all guests to enjoy a smoke-free vacation home.

Pets Considered:

Yes, we love to host your doggies and what them to enjoy the family vacation too. My El Segundo Entertainer house is ideal for pets as we have one enclosed back yard and a front grassy area. The backyard has a bigger area and they can smell the bbq and hang by the pool. There is a dog park in El Segundo near the home. The daily rent is $25 and a $75 hypo allergenic cleaning. We provide pet beds, bowls, and toys. Pet owners agree to not leave out dog food outside and to clean the waste up immediately for sanitary reasons. My housekeeper will charge us $5 per pile fee to clean up after your dog. I also can provide doggie (and baby) sitting for approximately $50 per day. We?d love to host the entire family.
