$450 room for rent in Lancaster Los Angeles

I have two rooms to rent in my 3 bedroom home. 2 rooms are available I have 2 spare bedrooms $500 a month EACH, single tenant only. Month to Month only. I am only taking applications for the 2 bedrooms available. The rooms will not be ready early. If there is more than one of you, let me know that you plan on renting both rooms not just one. I plan on having them ready to view by Feb 1, 2017. The house is 1,400 square feet. The back yard is an acre. A very large area for your dog to run, all fenced in.

I am the home owner and I live here and will continue to occupy the master bedroom. I have 2 dogs. I am quiet and hope you respect that there will be other tenants living together. There is a near by elementary school. When my sons lived here there was busing provided by the city. I have a separate refrigerator available if you need it. Washer and dryer are available on a pay by use. No smoking and limited drinking or no drinking, No drug abuse especially if you have a child. There is no work out here in Lake LA. There is plenty of work in Lancaster and Palmdale The only work starts around 20 miles from this house. This is the Desert, it gets hot in the summer and VERY VERY cold in the winter. Please reply back, with how you know this area, and why you want to live out here. Some utilities are included, if you have a large animal, like a horse or other large farm animals, there will be cost spiting on water, power. High speed cable is available. Do not ask to move in early, the rooms are not available until Feb, 2017. If you have a horse, I do not have a corral for a horse so you will need to provide the proper fencing/housing for your horse.

Please tell me something about yourself. How you answer these questions will determine if I call you back. Do you know where Lake Los Angeles is? Do you know that Lake Los Angeles has no lake and is about 65/70 miles from the San Fernando Valley. We are North of the city of Los Angeles. This is the High Desert of Los Angeles County, Called The Antelope Valley. We are East Lancaster and it is Very close to San Bernardino County. This area is remote desert. It would work out well for someone with a larger dog and is having trouble finding a place to rent with an animal maybe a child. Your dog must be in good health, and licensed and very social. You must have your own car. There is storage available on the lot as well. There are some raised planter beds, a pool for cooling off in the summer and a hot tub.

You may think you could buy a house for the price of rent I am charging, but that is not true at all. Buying your own house has high Expenses and Taxes and Utilities. A house payment might be reasonable if you buy your own house, but Utilities are going up all the time. Have you seen the price of Internet and Television lately? Maintenance is expensive on a house. Renting a room is cheep living. I am priced reasonably because we are on the outskirts of Los Angeles, High Desert county.
