MY NEIGHBORHOOD:
My home is located at the base of the beautiful foothills in San Jose/Silicon Valley. The neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of well-lit parking. SHARE BATHROOM

MY HOME:
Kitchen (includes stove with tabletop oven) and laundry area are accessible. Laundry use and cleaning fee is $45 per reservation one week long. For extended stays beginning on the 8th day of your reservation, a weekly cleaning fee of $25/week will be added to your reservation total. This fee also includes use of laundry machines and detergents. My patio is beautifully furnished and edged with an array of colorful seasonal flowers.

LOCATION:
At the end of the road there is a spacious field of cows and this is the only are in San Jose that is in such close proximity to nature and city simultaneously. The hills offer a great walk, run, or bike ride that takes you into the hills and provides a beautiful view of the valley floor.

SHOPPING:
A popular shopping center is a flat easy walk just 1.5 miles away and includes Starbucks, Chipotle, Togos, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Wings, AT&T, Safeway grocery store, and a few more. Across the Road is a full size shopping mall with JCP, Macys, Sears, Barnes and Nobles, and many other independent stores. Target, Ross, office Depot, 24-hour fitness and Walgreens are about 3 miles nearby.
