Booking Policy For Reservations:
A deposit of 1/3 of the gross rental price is required for confirmation with the balance plus $500 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of the booking anytime after confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of 20% of the gross rental price. Cancellation within 45 days of travel will result in 50% forfeiture of the gross rental price. Cancellation within 14 days of travel will result in 100% forfeiture of the gross rental price. Notice of cancellation should be received in writing prior to the date the deposit becomes non-refundable. The gross rental price is 100% refundable if the villa becomes unfit for habitation. Travel insurance is available and will protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
