Access to beach is 6 blocks away on Beach Gate Way. It has its own private porch, with an outside kitchenette. It has a coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, & sink.

The Fanti-Sea beach studio rents for $165. a night, with a $35. cleaning deposit. The refundable Security Deposit is $150. 1 to 2 persons only. This studio is rented Sunday to Thursday only, unless the week-end is available. Ask
