Looking for a female to live in Isla Vista over summer, with her back yard right on Del Playa! My roommate will be living in the other bedroom over summer, shes a lot of fun. You will also have a roommate who is very easy to hang out with. The house had a fridge and microwave and laundry, and Jill may bring in some living room furniture, and I am willing to pay for furniture to stay in the home that you bring in IF I LIKE IT, but you will have to provide your own bed. The yard is secluded and its the greatest place to live over the summer. Walking distance to the beach!
