This property is located at PGA West in La Quinta, California which is in the Palm Springs area. This condo overlooks the Nicklaus Tournament Course and the Santa Anita Mountains. This is a perfect place to spend a vacation. PGA West is one of the premier gated communities in the Palm Springs area. This condo boasts granite counters, new appliances, new carpet and window coverings as well as designer furnishings. The living room, dining room, and kitchen overlook the golf course. Your patio provides a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. You are 75 steps to two swimming pools and two hot tubs. There is a flat screen t.v. in the living room. This exceptional property also has a large bonus room which has a wrap around couch, a game table, a reading area with 2 comfortable leather chairs, and a 52" flat screen t.v. You have cable and wifi as well. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the guest rooms.
My husband, Allan and I are the owners, and we live 1.5 miles from the property. We are there to provide answers to any questions you might have. Example: restaurants, theater, concerts, golf, tennis, hiking, hot air balloon rides, shopping, art shows, special events that are happening in the desert during your stay. We will provide references of former guests upon request.
Rates are flexible in that they depend on length of stay and the season of your stay. Our high season is December through May. Our shoulder season is Oct. and Nov. Our other months are quite hot but offer the lowest rates. Please feel free to call us with any questions you might have. We spend those hot months in Kelowna, B.C. and all calls will be forwarded to us.
