Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share my home town house condo a lovely Vernon complex. My unit is surrounded by trees on three sides, so the location is very quiet and private. The neighbors are great. I am 64 years old woman and would prefer to share my home with someone whos respectful and clean etc. There is off-street parking and a pleasant deck on which to relax.

I am a mile away from the city bus, there are quite of few restaurants near the house.

Sorry, no pets. I already have two well-behaved cats, friendly felines who will be happy to meet you!

First and last months rent plus one month security deposit required.
