Can be used as vacation rental, or short term rental. Our short term rates are great! Remember this is a FURNISHED, UTILITIES INCLUDE ( WIFI, Amazon Fire Stick,ELECTRIC, AND HEAT) Perfect for 1 or 2. This cottage is 1 of a kind and with hardwood floors and tile throughout I cannot accept pets at this time. Very close to Mohegan Sun and 20 minutes to Foxwoods casino. Also within 20 minutes to train station, ferry, beaches,metro station. Within 2 hours of NYC and Boston. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
