Great view of everything just walk across the lawn and the boardwalk into the sand beach and down to the ocean. You cant get any closer than this!

In 2009, this unit was built and has new furnishings and equipment. Beautiful kitchen and full bath with tub and shower. There are two queen size beds, cable with 42″ flat screen TV, dining area, and lots of light.

This unit is approximately 600 square feet. There is one parking space assigned on the premises. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The unit must be left clean and ready for the next family on check-out. Located on the Boardwalk, you can walk to anything in Rehoboth from this location and let your children walk down the boardwalk to the amusements which are close by.

The front of the house faces Philadelphia Street and you can see the ocean from many of the windows and has a fabulous screened porch facing the beach and the ocean.
