Our Naples home is available for rent. It is 1750 square feet, and is simply but elegantly furnished. It is 2 BR, 2 BA, Living Room, Dining Room, modern Kitchen, well-equipped Den, Garage, and Lanai. Naples is home to a beautiful climate, great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and great golfing . Our home is fully furnished and equipped. You will have full use of both the Melrose Gardens club house and the larger Berkshire Lakes club house, with pools and tennis. Each is a 2-3 minute walk from our door step. A 15 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive, takes you to 2 shopping centers. Melrose Gardens is a small subdivision of Berkshire Lakes, with one small lane in and out, and is conveniently located at 7 miles from the beach. It is 2 miles from the Naples Airport and close to I-75, only 30 miles from the Southwest Regional Airport. The rent is $3250/month in high season (1 JAN-31 MARCH, $2850/month in DECEMBER and APRIL, and $1950/month at other times. We regret that we cannot accommodate smokers or pets.
