Wonderful one bedroom bungalow park trailer with tennis courts and mini golf. Also has a covered Florida room with a washer and dryer. All you need to pay is electric because water is included. Ideally Id like to get a monthly tenant and up to six months each time. The place will have basic furniture including a pull out couch and kitchen table. Bedroom with a queen bed and end tables if needed. There will be limited kitchenware. There is also a nice sized separate storage room with a roll up door and is lockable. Perfect for 2 motorcycles. Very close to the office for any mail and or limited groceries and ice. Unit is roughly 10 minutes from the beach. Unit requires a security deposit of one month and out of that will come a cleaning charge for basic cleaning at the end of the lease. Check out Sunshine Holiday Daytona and see the amenities.
