$700 room for rent in Kennesaw Atlanta Area

Hello there, I am looking for someone (M) gender to Sublease my apartment at The Blake in Kennesaw, Ga for fall 2018/ summer 2019. I am looking for someone to move in by September 2018 or October 2018. It is a furnished 4/4 townhouse size apartment with an upstairs kitchen and living room with a television already provided and also a washer and dryer. My room has a bathroom which includes a shower,sink and toilet. The room also has a mattress, computer desk, closet and drawers. The location of The Blake is actually walking distance from Kennesaw State University and there is a shuttle that can also drop you off at the school. There are two other roommates that live there aswell. The Blake also offer other amenities such as a basketball court, volleyball court, gym and pool. Its a really nice place. I was fortunate enough to get a deal for 700 a month which is a good deal in contrast to other area around Kennesaw (utilities included) . If you are interested let me know
