This is a split level two story townhome with one long-term female guest in the front upstairs room and I live downstairs. Hotel cottage style with, sheets, towels and decorated room. The room is very pleasant, It is a nice size with high ceilings and a desk facing a large window that looks out to the wooded area. Washer and dryer are upstairs in this upgraded home. Assigned parking in front of townhome in this very safe and quiet Sandy Springs neighborhood. Pool and tennis courts and access to bike paths, kayak and canoe dock on the Chattahoochie river. Great area for kayaking, cycling and running at Riverside park. Small friendly pets live here.

Small friendly dogs and a cat do live in the home. Month to Month lease available with one months deposit. I have lived here for 12 years. Hardwood floors, throughout, bedrooms carpeted, very clean.
