Furnished and unfurnished. We try to put smokers in the same house.
Women in the house with women.
Men in the house with men.(No co-habitating)
We are striving to have laundry in basement of some of our houses.
Private lock and key to your room.
Share Kitchen and Bathroom
Heat for the winter
Air Condition for the summer

These are regular single homes. This is the same as the Golden Girls:) or Golden Men. No Horders. should be Clean,Courtestous and respectful to other renters.
