The rent is and includes water, electric, gas, heat and free internet. There is parking for one car in front of house.

4) Outside patio with a nice fenced in backyard for privacy.
I keep my home up very well by cleaning it consistently and having a professional cleaning company clean it bimonthly. The lawn is mowed biweekly by a professional lawn care company. The pictures are evidence.
The home is close to I-495, I-5 and ten minutes from Metro (Addison Rd. Seat Pleasant) and D.C. and one minute walking distance to bus stops.
Shoppers, CVS, Rite-Aid, Ross, WellsFargo and many other convenient places are within five minutes from my home.
