Our cat Roxy, who is delightfully well-behaved and friendly, will stay here with you, unless you are allergic or otherwise not open to this arrangement. Shes very easy to care for, an indoor/outdoor cat (no litter box involved, unless you want to go away for a few days) who prefers to spend her nights outside, a very small domestic shorthair cat who sheds very little and is good with new people.

You will be asked to sign a sublet agreement.

There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, as well as twin bed and a chaise longue. In the downstairs bedroom there are two twin-sized beds.

The house has long been cleaned with ecological cleaning products. The air here is very clear and the water is very high quality. It is a very quiet neighborhood and you will only rarely hear or see your neighbors and they are friendly when you do.
