This rental is a shared home/cottage (Lark Cottage), on a 250 acre all sports lake. It is less than one minute walk to the fishing, swimming beach, park, playground, picnic area, and public boat launch. There is space available for a boat and trailer at Lark Cottage.

Provided is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and an across the hall full bathroom. The shared areas would be the kitchen, living room, dining area, screened porch, open porch, gas grill. Smoking is outside only. You will need to know there is an indoor cat, and a small dog, therefore liking pets.

You would probably prefer to have your own vehicle. We are 7 miles from town, however if youd just like to relax without a vehicle, transportation can be arranged, (extra $), to pick you up, take you into town or to the Soaring Eagle casino. We are approximately thirty-five minutes from the casino, and one hour from Grand Rapids. Coffee and/or Tea is complimentary each morning.
