Thank you for your interest in the room. The main cross streets are Oddie Blvd. and Silverado or El Rancho. THE FIRST CHOICE is a smaller size, very cute room with a twin bed, desk, dresser, cable TV and approx. 115 sq. ft. This one is $250.00 per month. If you are also over 6 feet tall, this choice may not be a good fit because the ceiling slants at one side due to the roof. THE SECOND CHOICE is a normal size room with a large window with plenty of natural light; very comfortable for a very busy person such as a student, or someone who is very busy and needs to have a place to live (to call your own) after a busy day. This room has a full size bed, a desk, cable TV, a dresser, and a very large walk-in closet. This room is $350 per month. Both rooms include a wireless internet capability and utilities.

We have in the past many full time students from UNR who have enjoyed their stay a year or more. ALSO PLEASE, NO DRUGS, SMOKERS, OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL. We are hoping that your stay will be at least 6 months to1 year. We will need to also confirm income, work history (last 2 employers, contact name and telephone #), as well as personal reference (at least 3 with contact #).

We respect the privacy of others and maintain a quiet and peaceful environment at all times; and because of our values, we also do not allow anyone to invite others to stay overnight for any personal reasons or to entertain others in this house. We are located in an ideal, safe neighborhood where the bus stop is a block away and shopping is within 3-4 blocks with a supermarket. Parking is available on the streets.

A $250.00 refundable deposit is also required. The restroom is shared as well as use of the kitchen
