$1000 room for rent in Freehold Monmouth County

I have a house share rental in Freehold twp on the Colts Neck border in Poets Corner town house complex. Its a two bedroom- your bedroom has a private newly renovated bathroom. I have a male bechon/cocker mix dog can be very hyper but loving and is only comfortable with small female dogs his size or dog friendly cats. Animals are accepted provided our pets get along no extra fee for animals.

I am very clean and keep my home nicely kept. You need to be very clean and easy going as well. I am easy to get along with and appreciate a quiet home life.

This is a non- smoking or drug using living arrangement. A private parking lot is available. You will have access to community pool and tennis courts, washer/dryer in home. Everything is included in the monthly rent except if you require a more extensive cable/internet package that you must chip in for- I have basic.

I am located 20 mins from the shore Point pleasant, 50 mins from NYC, and 50 mins from PHILLY. RENT is a month--no additional fee for a pet. All pets cat/dog need to have all 3 vaccinations be on flea/tick and heart worm parasite meds prior to moving in with vet verification.
1 month Security deposit needed. Please know you will have access to the entire town home & fenced patio area .
My neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful, and safe area.
You must be employed in your career with a positive steady work history- verified. I have photos of the house please request I send them to you- as you will not be disappointed!!!

Available 2/8/20. security deposit required when lease is signed and rent also due The same day you move in each month.
