We love our place for its proximity to New York City. You can take a bus 1 1/2 blocks away and be in Midtown Manhattan (Time Square in less than 20 minutes). We have a backyard ready for cookouts and relaxing. The neighborhood is safe and fun with a childrens park 1 block away and a community indoor pool 2 blocks away.
We are happy to help you get to know the neighborhood, advise where to shop and where to eat the best ethnic diverse food (cheap)...the convenience of NYC and how to get around all on mass transit, by foot or bike.
This is a kid friendly neighborhood. The vast majority of the homes are owner occupied, meaning we care for our properties and the block in general, making it very safe as well.
You dont need to rent a car here....everything and we mean everything, is a accessible by mass transit or by foot.
