Three lovingly furnished rooms for rent in a historical four stories 1899 Edwardian brownstone with original wood details on a lovely quiet block, one block away from subway, laundry mat, supermarket, cafes, trendy restaurants, wine bars, and shopping. All utilities are included and the house is WiFi ready. Private bathroom for each room. In two of the rooms, The Red Room and the Purple Room, the bathroom is inside and has a shower, while in the Blue Room the bathroom is outside and has a bathtub only. The Purple room has two large beds while the Red and the Blue Room each have one queen size bed. Kitchen and living room are in the house and will be shared with the other guests. Satellite TV in living room. The kitchen is one floor above and is fully equipped to cook complete meal, with a large stove/oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher.
In the Purple room there is a toaster, a microwave, a small fridge, and a coffee maker.
Children are welcome. In fact we adore them. We have cats in the house.
The subway is just around the corner from the house. We are 20 minutes away from downtown Manhattan.
The Blue room is $1300.00 per month, $630.00 per week and $90.00 per night.
The Red room is $1350.00 per month, $650.00 per week and $95.00 per night.
The Purple room is $1450.00 per month, $725.00 per week and $110.00 per night.
