Our landlord also owns other building on westside on 21 street between 7 and 8 avenue close to 1 train or C and E train Near School of visual art and FIT or Fordham university , the studio building with private kitchen and shared bathroom price between $1650 to $1700, $1750, $1800 and $1900 larger size studio ( the price including upto $100 electric, wifi internet , heat and water)
