However our current tenant in this room is planning to leave for France earlier in first week of December so if client like to take over his left over weeks in December , the move in date can be in december instead of Jan 1st!

Roommates for spring term will be a student going to NYU , she is from england very friendly
We do semester rental for student and interns so rental is minimum 4 months for sept to Dec, 5 months in spring from jan 1 to may 31 and 3 months minimum for summer

the Largest room has a double sliding closet, a 5 feet long cabinet with drawers and sliding door , a desk with mirror, 2 windows , AC on window, a full size storage bed, a TV with Roku media playe (closet about 6 feet x 7 feet) and there are 3 tall wall bookshelves cabinets outside this room facing sofa , which each tenant will have one tall bookshelf cabinet in living room to store shoes and book. Rent for this room is $1675 a month plus equal share of electricity with roommate. the student in this room is renewing for another another term and he is in his early 20s studying and interning in marketing field.

the medium size room is about 8 feet x 12 feet long, has a desk with mirror, a tall wardrobe cabinet, a storage full size bed with drawers under bed, AC on window and a large 32 inches new TV mounted on the wall facing the bed with Roku media player ( netflix account for watching movies and TV shows has been entered in each roku for tenant so tenant can enjoy the shows free of charge ) AC on window and radiator heating system near the window.

subway downstairs and get to most places in manhattan within couple minutes ( 10 minutes to financial district, 8 minutes ride on subway to chinatown, soho or upto Metropolitan museum)

there are also Subway N and R train a few block away at 28 street and broadway that can take you to westside like time square in 2 stops!

this area are very convenience as everything open till very late at night and has all kind of restaurant that are inexpensive serving amazing dishes open til 11 or midnight mostly and some open 24 hours!
