This room is facing north and it is very sunny during the day.
Roommates for spring term are one italian student going to friendly school of Dramatic art, and one recently graduated friendly tenant in his early 20s , both are male between 22 to 24 years old very easy going and looking for a roommate in similarly age group.

The front bedroom $1675 room has a full size bed setup by window and a set of Container store Elfa bookshelves and desk shelve setup on the wall, a large long cabinet with large drawers and shelves for storage Id clothing or shoes and a large closet with double sliding door about 6 ft x 8 ft, New AC installed on window, a desk with mirror also setup across from the 5 ft long cabinet. This room will be available from June 1st, 2020.

The smaller bedroom $1550 also has a full size bed , a desk and 2 wardrobe , a large TV with Roku and AC , heating by window , will be available from June 1st, 2020.

The female tenant in the medium size bedroom is moving in with her sister so her room is available from Jan 1st / December 31st.
