The Space

Located in the heart of Greensboro, this historic home radiates positive energy.

Enjoy a cold cup of sweet tea on the traditional Southern porch, or grill out in the beautiful, private back yard that features a raised bed garden.

Feel free to pick, as needed, seasonal ripe fruits and veggies! Bestway family owned grocery store and weekend farmers market only two blocks away.

For short term rentals, we try to keep the fridge stocked with local sausage, fresh eggs and biscuits. Each room has a binder of hints and trips around the neighborhood.. And beyond.

Whatever your reason for visiting, we hope youll love this unique property in one of the most distinctive, walkable neighborhoods in the city.

Guest Access

Youll have access to the ground level (living room, dining room, sunroom (that can be converted into a fourth bedroom), kitchen, 2 guest rooms, main bath, bonus room, and primary bathroom) in addition to the upstairs master bedroom with 1/2 bath upgraded master bathroom).

A complimentary beverage station is set up in the dining room for your enjoyment. Help yourself to the eggs, sausage and biscuits in the fridge!

We ask that you wipe down the kitchen after every use, and treat our home as you would your own.

Available upon request: extra linens, towels, toiletries and dietary items.

There is a basement apartment that is NOT included with the listing. I (and the dogs) may or may not be on the property during your visit, but we are very much under the radar if youre renting the house.

Interaction with Guests

I always do my best to ensure a seamless welcome. If there are any special requests you may have, please let me know. Extra toiletries, towels and linens are always provided. Grocery/breakfast service may be available.

The Neighborhood

Lindley Park is hands down one of the best neighborhoods in Greensboro!!! Recently bought this house and would love to share with quality sublet guests.

Getting Around

Youre close to everything - including UNCG and the Coliseum within walking distance - you also have at least a dozen dining/bar options within a few blocks of the residence.

Major bus lines available off of W Market and Spring Garden, within 5-10 minutes walking, or take advantage of Uber.

Other Things to Note

6 people can fit comfortably on the permanent beds- 1 queen in each of the 3 rooms. Up to 2 optional queen air mattresses are available for an additional 4-6 people.

For unique nighttime relaxation for extra guests, hammocks are available with heavy-duty clips ready in master bedroom area in attic. (Fun for responsibles, but perfect for kids!)
