I am 50 y/o professional lady that would like to rent a room in my house. I am very easy to get along with. I have two small dogs. If you have a housebroken dog or cat I am okay with that so long as it is up to date on ALL shots (I will ask to see shot records). Rent is $250 per month or $80 per week. It includes ALL utilities, cable, and use of washer and dryer. I am willing to trade half the rent for cleaning and cooking.
