This IS NOT a short term vacation rental - no weekends or shorter, multi-night stays. Its also NOT a long term rental - 12 months or more. You invest in at least a month (30 days) and then create your own timeline based on future bookings. This is an upscale property - if you want to pay less and dont mind dated furniture, a hodgepodge kitchen and seagull artwork ... this is probably not your unit. We have another property, 3ONE8 Manzanita, that is our short-term rental. For direct bookings we waive the online fees and additional taxes that the online platforms charge - just contact us.
