$700 room for rent in East Liberty Pittsburgh

Fully furnished rooms with all utilities included, even cable and WiFi. Air conditioning optional, there will be an additional charge to use it. Perfect if you need housing for a 6+ month residency, internship, the college year, or are in town temporarily for business or personal reasons. When responding, please tell us a little about yourself (and the other occupant if renting for 2) and include a phone number so we can contact you. The rental rate of $700 is for solo occupancy (we may also have 1 or 2 second floor bedrooms available, at $750 each), and double occupancy would be an additional $100 per month. PLEASE NOTE: These rental rates apply for rentals of 6 months or longer. We are not currently interested in accepting anyone seeking a shorter period.

The $700 bedroom is on the first floor of our home, and shares the bathroom with one other bedroom (the current occupant of that other bedroom is a 23 year old male who is employed as an engineer). The bedroom has a large window and is furnished with a Queen size bed, a TV with cable, nightstand, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, freestanding wooden wardrobe, lamp, alarm clock, chair, and ceiling light. You will have access to the living room and kitchen (including use of kitchenware). The 2nd floor bedrooms are similarly furnished (but each has a closet instead of a wardrobe) and those 2 rooms share a bathroom.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Bakery Square which is the location of Google, a CMU shuttle stop, and a Chatham shuttle stop. Trader Joes, Target, Giant Eagle, and Shadyside are also within short walking distance. Oakland, Downtown, and many other areas in the city are a short bus ride away. There are bus stops at both ends of the block, and a bike lane passes by the house. Free off-street parking is available.
