The master bedroom is completely furnished with walkout loft/sitting room that overlooks the countryside. The room is complete with your own TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, weight equipment. Youll have access to a luxury tiled bath with whirlpool/shower combo to soothe those stressful days!

You will have a kitchen, private refrigerator to include freezer, private cabinets, shared appliances, pots/pans, dishes, and spices. House has 2 fireplaces to relax in front of during those cold chilling nights.

OTHER Utilities: Garbage, Sewer included

Electric, gas, and water are NOT included - it is shared and cable/internet is shared or you can pay for your own.


***I will do 2 months on a week to week basis without deposit - payments up front but for every 4 weeks there are shared utilities regardless to when you moved in. So if you are still here on the 30th or 31st of the month, youll share the utilities.

The utilities are low here. Water bill will run around $13 a person, electric usually runs under $125 a month for summer with A/C running - give or take - it depends on your electric use obviously, shared with the 2 of us - gas runs around $12 pp monthly until about Nov or Dec. If you decide to stay beyond 2 months we will talk security deposit which can also be paid weekly until paid in full. Your deposit is refundable as long as all your bills are paid and youve cleaned up, no damages after you leave.***

You will have use of the grill and outside deck and front yard patio with soothing friendly pond/bridge. Friendly and safe neighborhood minutes away and walking distance from Library, police station, post office, pharmacy, EMT, Fire Station, mini golf, bowling, icecream, music, shopping/malls, restaurants, and fire department. (I volunteer there).

I have it all. Enjoy the serene nearby countryside or the hustle of the city, the best of both worlds! Public transportation is within walking distance just down the street.
