This suite is part of our 4 bd/3ba home, it was an addition thus the separate central H/AC. It has a double wall between it and the rest of the house so its a very quiet room, and there are no pets or children in the home. This suite will not have access to the rest of the house and visa versa. Its on a quiet, dead end street, most of the neighbors are retired. Our daughters are nurses, one is an NP here in Texarkana, the other is an RN in Austin. We decided to add a kitchen and w/d to make this unused room available when they told us about the need for safe rooming for traveling nurses.
