$620 room for rent in Olmos Park San Antonio

Looking for a female college student to sublease my current first floor apartment at Tobin Lofts at SAC. Although you dont necessarily need to attend SAC, you should be enrolled in any higher education institute, be it within or outside San Antonio, or even just attending online classes. It is a four bedroom, four bathroom apartment that comes fully furnished (i.e. bed frame/mattress - full, desk/chair, 2 dressers, dining table/4 chairs, sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV stand, end table, etc.). Private bathroom within the bedroom. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer in unit. Loft ground include a resort style swimming pool, gym, tanning area, air hockey table, pool table, 2 community grills, etc. Great location. Right by SAC and is very centrally located and close to downtown with Crockett Park, great restaurants, and several bus stops within walking distance (i.e. the 90 route stops right in front of the main entrance). Parking garage access available for an additional fee if you have a car, otherwise there is ample street parking on side streets. ALL utilities are included (water/electricity/cable/internet/trash pickup). You are only responsible for your own personal rent, no need to worry about picking up the slack if your roommates if they fall behind on rent or decide to move-out. Rent/utilities cost $620 per month although you are responsible for getting your own renters insurance (though if you choose to get it through Tobin they will simply add an additional $10 to your monthly bill).
